How do I pay for my service?
Payment is due at the time cleaning services are rendered. It is our policy to keep a credit card on file to guarantee your cleaning appointment. We accept cash, personal check, Visa, and Mastercard. For clients who wish to set up recurring payment with their bank’s auto-pay feature, please be sure to schedule checks to arrive at the office before or on the day of service.

Are You Licensed Bonded and Insured?
Yes, Yes and Yes.

Should I tip the cleaner?
Tips are welcomed but are neither expected nor required. A simple note letting your cleaner know how well they did will mean so much. Our cleaners want to know that their work met or exceeded your expectations. If you do wish to leave a tip, please place it in an envelope (with their name on it) on the kitchen counter.

What if I have to skip or cancel my service?
If you need to skip or cancel your cleaning day, we require 24 business hours notice.

Am I required to supply any cleaning supplies or equipment?
We provide all the supplies. We are an all natural clean company and select our cleaning products carefully. Our products are environmentally friendly, non- toxic, non abrasive and non allergenic. We do not use bleach, ammonia or alcohol based products.

For sanitation purposes, we prefer to use your vacuum. Majority of our clients suffer severely from allergies, have low immune systems or have children. Using your vacuum allows us to protect you from exposure to germs and allergens. We do not know of a cleaning service that cleans the equipment between houses but feel this is the only way to prevent cross contamination. All technicians have backup vacuums for emergencies.

How often should I have my home cleaned?
We offer regular house cleaning on a weekly, bi-weekly and monthly basis. We are also available for special one-time cleans. These include move-in/move-outs, deep cleans, new construction clean up, and occasional maintenance cleans for customers that just need a little extra help. The most popular choice is bi-weekly service.

Am I required to sign a contract for house cleaning?
No, you can cancel at anytime you would like. We do ask that you read our terms of service so you have a full understanding of our company. This must be signed by all customers wishing to have recurring services.

Do you have a referral program?
Yes. If you refer someone to us and they use us, your next cleaning is FREE. Just spread the word to everyone you know.We love referrals and want to show our appreciation in the best way when you do.

Do you do background checks?
Yes, we run background checks on all prospective employees.

Can I schedule a Saturday cleaning?
Yes, a Technician can be sent out to clean your home on Saturdays. Saturday appointments are based on availability and must be requested.

What time do you arrive?
We clean Monday through Friday (Saturdays on special occasions) between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm. There are two arrival times available: 8:00am to 8:30am or 11:30am to 1:00pm.

What if I am not satisfied with a cleaning?
At World Class Cleaning Services, we take pride in the quality of our work and are dedicated to providing 100% customer satisfaction. If the you are not satisfied with your cleaning for any reason, contact us within 24 hours of service, and we will return the next day to correct the problem.

What if my routine cleaning falls on a holiday?
We observe the following holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

If a routine cleaning falls on one of these holidays, we will contact you in advance to arrange an alternative date. Unless you cancel service, if your cleaning date falls on any holiday except those stated above you can expect us to arrive as scheduled.
